And the walk-in option is no bueno if you won't tell me how busy the store is. @Store Manager: Thanks for the consideration. It's nothing against your or your folk's in particular. Great Clips' policy of forcing any prospective client to submit to a barrage of endless spam and tracking is... just... ridiculous & unfortunate. Apologies, I should have pointed out your folks are great in my review. I'll go to a real barber.

As I’m helping him relax an older lady that works there looked at him, rolled her eyes and shook her head. Clearly this isn’t a good place to take any special needs child because they will be looked at as an inconvenience and a bother. I had to leave after that. My son deserves kindness and compassion. She was horrible. I highly recommend never going here.
