It was loud enough for ppl outside of the restroom to hear she blew her nose twice and then came right out of the restroom after a second without washing her hands before my haircut. GROSS. I told her I didn’t want anything on the top to be cut and she even replied “just sides,” then she must have forgotten. She cut so much on top and kept cutting. Since she already started and kept going on it, I said it’s getting too short (instead of saying I didn’t want anything on top to be cut as I mentioned earlier to her just to be nice) and she replied she was “blending in.” I did not only wanted my top to be not cut at all, but also the result of the cut was terrible. She cut so much on top of my hair but it was uneven so bad that I had to come home and fix it. I showed her the pic how I wanted my back & sides to be cut and she said she was getting really good at fade cut. She did not offer me a mirror to see the back when it was done. I came back home and saw the very clear line. Why didn’t she spend more time for “blending in” on the back and sides that I wanted instead of cutting so much the top hair I didn’t want to be cut at all? This is the second time she has done this to me: She asked if I wanted the receipt and I said yes please, then she gives me the receipt but did not give me the discount coupon for the next time attached to the receipt. I don’t know why she did that and what she does with the coupons that she was supposed to give out to the customers. Keeping for her family and friends? Who knows why. I’ve been coming to many Great Clips stores for years and she’s the only one who does this when there’s coupon attached to the receipt. Left $5 tip for the terrible haircut btw.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
