I don’t think that companies that have skin care products should have a no refund policy how do we keep them accountable for salting dangerous products for your skin! I feel bad that I bought this for someone I care about.
- SPSrinija pathemDec 14, 20251.0I have never had such a bitter experience before - the sales agent literally gave me a wrong shade (gray) instead of a brown shade of MAC eyebrow pencil which I asked for. She didn’t even care about showing what shade she is billing it for at that time. When I came home with the product I was in shock to see the gray shade and went back asking for a replacement with the right shade and they didn’t even bother to address/accept that they’ve made the mistake by making me purchase the wrong shade. Sales agents can’t fool the customers this way which would spoil the company’s business/reputation.
