  MAKE SURE YOU ASK SPECIFICALLY ABOUT PRICING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. We were quoted a certain amount on the phone for a perm + haircut on short hair $125 (for both), when the end of the appointment came, the price was almost DOUBLE including tip and the stylist apparently charges hourly after a certain amount of time, which is fine but NONE of this was communicated to us beforehand. We went in expecting to pay one amount and left paying SO MUCH more with zero warning or discussion beforehand. I hope no one else goes through this, just make sure you discuss pricing AT your appointment BEFORE they do your hair. The stylist did a decent job on the hair but the lack of basic communication like this is not professional at all and we will not be returning. Edit: as I have seen the response from salon and it is not accurate. My son was quoted $125 for BOTH. And even IF it was stated “STARTING” it should still be communicated to the client what the price would be AND that the stylist starts charging $75 an hour after alotted time. As stated in the review, the hair itself was good. The communication is where it’s lacking. I talked to numerous of my hairstylist friends before leaving this review to ask if this was normal to not communicate prices or hourly rates with clients before the hair is started and they all said that is NOT normal and it should definitely be communicated before the appointment starts. Do better for future clients so they are not hit with unexpected costs and take some responsibility for your lack of communication. I have seen several other similar reviews.

  I adore this salon and spa along with everyone in it!!! I've been seeing Randa for over 15 years ... She is amazing! The entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!!

  Today I got a deva cut from Sara Sanchez as well as a color and I’m very impressed! She did a great job with my curls and explaining step by step what she was doing to achieve the look, and the dye job she did is well blended and the exact color I wanted.
