- MRMonica RHDec 29, 20251.0I bought a Sephora gift card at the Kohl’s in La Frontera a couple of weeks ago, when my niece went to use it after Christmas she was told the balance was $0. Sephora was able to see that it had already been used in Florida on December 24th.They acknowledged it looked like a scam, but they did not offer a refund or replacement and told I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. This was really disappointing, Sephora does not stand behind their word, I kept the receipt unfortunately it is worth nothing for them. The giftcard was grabbed from behind the counter but no more investigation was done.
