I walked in today with my 7 year old son, and after signing in I sat down in the wait room waiting to be called. A few minutes later my son was approached by a woman name Sharon Brown which surprisingly was the manager come to find this out in the end. I was in total shock the way she approached my 7 year old son and asked him to come over to sit in her chair. The aggressive annoyed tone in her voice and the way she spoke to my son was so intense that if I could have filmed this conversation and or video it would of went so viral that it would of been on Kvue news and all of the above. As this happen I spoke up and said Excuse me but is this the way you talk to children? She replied with he was looking at me I shouldn’t have to repeat myself. I replied to her and said that’s not a valid reason nor is it appropriate to speak to children in that matter. She was so disrespectful, at this point my mama bear was set off. I was hoping to hear her say something along the lines as I apologize for coming off the way I did I didn’t mean anything by it. But no I heard no such thing instead I was looked at up and down no words came out as she locked eyes with me and paused for at least 10 seconds with no words 😶 the stare was so intense that I was feeling threatened with that type of feeling that’s someone is implying let’s go outside and or what are you going to do about it type of feeling. I am not that type of woman I do not like confrontation whatsoever! At this point my only response was what’s your name and what’s your bosses name after a few minutes of asking but but not receiving either for sometime she finally gave her name but denied me her bosses name or information and or how I can contact him or her. The only thing she did was say I can take your name and number and someone can call you. I don’t think I will ever get that call so this is why I am writing this review. Whoever has this woman running this location should really be watching her closely. And if you have video footage pull up the footage of Feb 7th at 11:50 am. Also not only did we leave with no haircut let me just add I drove 30 min to this location He was so excited to get his cut 😩 today.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
