    I went to Sephora around 6–7 PM on August 30 to buy a perfume as a gift for my friend. However, the experience was very disappointing. The staff could not open the perfume box, and for some reason, the Sephora employees left, leaving someone from another store to manage the situation. After nearly 10 minutes, no one was able to open the box, and in the process, the packaging of the perfume became dented and damaged. What upset me most was that I did not hear a single apology until I pointed out that I had been waiting for a long time. In the end, I was left without a proper gift for my friend, since that perfume was the only one available.

    We had a great experience shopping at this Sephora location inside of a kohls store. It offers many lines from the standalone Sephora store and has the benefit of double scoring Kohls reward points. We found the makeup item wanted for my daughter and incidentally my younger one flew her ballon to the ceiling and the store associate nicely offered a bench so we can get it down. We appreciate the friendliness of the service and the high-quality product, and had a great shopping experience.

    Yanice is very helpful and kind! I needed makeup and what I needed did not seem to be available since it was not in the show case. She searched and found it in the back.Great example of going above and beyond. Thank you Yanice!

    I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years. I love their products and customer service. However, today I had such a terrible experience at this location inside Kohls. This worker named SAM was extremely disrespectful, condescending, and rude. He stated that corporate and management wouldn’t do anything and that they allow him to treat customers this way which I find very unfortunate.. I had to go to ULTA to find the products I needed. If you can avoid this location/worker, it would definitely be in your benefit ..
