- MKMustafa KancaJul 10, 20251.0Two days ago, I went there for a haircut. I really didn’t like the haircut at all. The person who cut my hair seemed like a beginner with very little experience. An experienced barber knows exactly how to cut hair properly, but I wasn’t satisfied at all. Still, I didn’t say anything at the time. However, this morning I noticed something like a fungal infection on my scalp. It was quite intense, and when I touched it, it felt clumpy and came off in pieces in my hand. That’s when I realized that not only was the haircut done by someone unskilled, but the tools they used probably weren’t clean either. I will definitely never go back there again. It was not a good experience for me, and it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered something like this.

They call the day before and suddenly they made a mistake and they no longer have those appointment available. So unprofessional to not be able to properly book an appointment. I canceled my appointment, if they can not even schedule properly I doubt their ability to properly take care of my hair

Then once she arrived it was no customer service giving at all. Next I received my order I thought but then got home and it was half of my order. I called back I didn’t get no apology. Just it’s here! So rude!
