When my son looked at me, she said "Don't tell her to come!" She just plainly did what she wanted to do. I saw her just go up and down, nothing else really. My son described the experience as if someone was shearing wool on a sheep. She didn't even apologize, and someone else had to come over to apologize. We even showed her an image of the haircut, but she still did not take any interest in what we wanted. She even attempted to make us give her a tip.
- BHBrandon HullDec 21, 20251.0I came in with directions from my brother on what to get done given we have a same head shape and ive been lazy and allow my head to become overgrown to an outrageous degree, i tell the older asian lady what it is i am looking for and she tries swaying it into what she wants and i tell her im going with what my brother told me to her response being is your brother a hair stylist to which i respond no but my brother is a millionaire, learn to teach your employees to shut up and do what they are told. I didnt ask for her opinion and ive gone here multiple times to only a few complaints but trust and believe i will never, and i mean never come here again. She didnt blend my fade and she didnt thin my hair down with scissors to finger length like i requested. This was trash with disrespectful workers and i didnt tip jack with attitude added in the end and just wanted to get out. The look i was going for was someone who could be trusted with building a buisness website for a company, not a gunnery sergeant and unfortunately thats how i walked out. Ill take my business elsewhere

I was first in line (with a 0 minute waiting time in the app) and I sat for over 25 minutes. I specifically use the app so this doesn't happen. No clue why they have done this. All of the staff are confused as well. Hopefully the owner resolves it.
