- ATAll Texas3 days ago1.0I really wanted to give them 0 star but the option isn't there. Not only are they not knowing what they're doing but in addition to that they were extremely rude and disrespectful not only to me as an adult but to my 6 and 10 years old children although I had been a regular with them for the last couple years
- HThiba tawil3 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I clearly explained the haircut I wanted for my son (just the neck faded, keeping the rest longer), but the hairdresser cut his hair much shorter than requested. It felt like they only follow one standard haircut (very short all around) and are not willing to listen or adapt to different requests. When I tried to explain, they rushed me to sit down and said they would “take care of it,” without actually listening. They switched to another stylist, who continued cutting more than I asked, even after I repeatedly said “please stop.” With my older son, when the stylist asked if he wanted his hair short or long, he answered “in the middle.” Instead of helping, she responded rudely, saying he didn’t answer her question. My son later told me he felt she was being mean, which was upsetting to hear. The situation escalated, and the staff became unprofessional. Another staff member raised her voice at me and eventually told us to leave, saying we were “not welcome.” They didn’t even finish my son’s haircut. I remained polite throughout, but the way we were treated—especially in front of my children—was unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
