    I was very disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The cashier spoke in a rude manner and did not show basic courtesy. This made the shopping experience unpleasant, and I hope management can improve the training of their staff

    Although they offer a decent amount of beauty products, it’s a very small shopping experience compared to a Sephora brick and mortar location. Said there will not be long line however I have found that a lot of the products are either mismatch or not in the right place or they are simply sold out. If you were in the area and you are looking for beauty products, you could come here, but I would suggest either going to a Sephora, brick and mortar or possibly venturing to an Ulta. I feel Sephora is a little bit more overpriced.

    Tried buying a foundation for my girlfriend that I took pictures of. They were sold out which I understand that’s not their fault. However I asked for one in comparison and the response was well they are all going to be different because it’s another brand. The two lady’s that were there were mumbling rolling their eyes making me feel like a bother. There were no other customers in the store besides myself. Horrible service and I definitely won’t return.
