- NNNo Name5 days ago1.0I came here to get a cut for my 2 kids, I walked in and I was told to go online to check in. Understandable since the place was full and they seemed busy. I checked in and was told I was #13 and wait time is 70 minutes. I was in the car with my kids outside and I kept waiting bcos I was supposed to get a text when my time was getting closer. I saw my name move up to #7 then all of a sudden my name was dropped off the list. Apparently they canceled my reservation bcos I wasn't in the store. Mind you I was never told I had to wait in the store, hiw was I supposed to contain 2 toddlers in a packed store with no chairs? Recieved no text msg because I had been only waiting for 38 minutes instead of 70 minutes like it said. I tried to find out what went wrong and if they could still cut my kids hair since I've been waiting all this while and they just kept blaming me and accusing me of not being inside. 0 for customer service and everything else. Took my business somewhere else
