When I tried to ask simple questions about the haircut, instead of answering or helping, she told me I was being “too picky” and suggested I should get my hair cut somewhere else if I had so many questions. I was shocked by her attitude — it was unprofessional, condescending, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. It’s one thing to have a bad haircut, but it’s another to be treated like your concerns don’t matter at all. Indira seemed completely unwilling to listen, and her hard-headed approach made the whole experience stressful and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope Great Clips takes customer service more seriously in the future.
