    I have been a tenant at this location for a year. All of the things that were promised like the walls being painted or carpet being cleaned never happened. The walls are not sound proof at all. So you will hear your neighbors conversation word for word. For the amount they are charging you can go anywhere. I don’t recommend at all!! Everyone keeps their door open and the noise is a big distraction. Also the tenants are not screened so that brings a different crowd. Visit your suite on a busy day. So you can get the real experience. As well the suites are hot. And the despite many complaints you will have to get use to a warm room.
