- CACarol A.Aug 27, 20251.0Amber , or Lanette, cut my hair, which is short. She never said her name, but the name Amber was taped to mirror yet my receipt showed the name Lanette. Have never had her before. Explained what I wanted, one of which was no hair over my ears. It wasn't until I got home that I saw there was some hair over my ears. Since I wear glasses, and the salon mirror is much farther away than a home mirror, I couldn't see it while at the salon. My daughter didn't even know I got my haircut as it didn't look any different than before. She's going to try to remedy the hair over the ears, but trust me, I will not have Amber/Lanette touch my hair ever again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
