Even after I showed her a picture of my haircut, she was impolite and said, "Just tell me number 3 or 2." When my friends and I visited, my hair cut was completed in a matter of minutes, and he received excellent care and a flawless haircut from a skilled expert. Horrible professional, you might end up up losing customers like me if you don't consider our reviews

- SSSrishtiMar 5, 20261.0I came in this week asking for layers while keeping my hair a little below my chest. My hair was originally down to my hips, and I clearly discussed the length before the haircut started. I also mentioned that I have curly hair, and the stylist assured me he would go slowly and keep the length right. Instead, he pulled my curly hair straight while cutting it, which is not the correct way to cut curly hair because it shrinks when it dries. My hair ended up being cut all the way to my armpits, removing about 15–18 inches of length, which is nowhere near what I asked for. Another stylist then told me they had cut off my split ends, which is simply not true. I take good care of my hair, and far more than the ends were removed. Despite this major mistake, I was still charged for the service, which I truly believe should not have happened. I was honestly in shock and just wanted to leave. Based on this experience, I would not advise anyone—especially those with long or curly hair—to go here.
