The stylist did a poor job cutting my child’s hair and appeared to lack the necessary skills. When I raised my concerns, his attitude was unprofessional and unaccommodating. As a result, I am very Frustrated. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it to others!!!

She scolded the younger stylist who made a mistake on who to get back next (she's only been there a short time she said) in front of everyone. Super unprofessional. Poor girl seemed so embarrassed. She made a mistake. We're all human. Instead of the Manager getting the guy that was skipped back in a hurry, she went to the back.

He said "sure, gotchu" and started buzzing everything till the top? There was no time to intervene. No fade or anything! Regret giving a 5$ tip for 3 cuts, honestly.
