  never have i felt more uncomfortable in a sephora. had about 3 different employees follow me throughout the store and even up to the register to watch me pay for my items. the sephora in mckinney is much better and worth the extra drive for a comfortable shopping experience.

  My daughter and I visited the store to purchase lip products, and the staff member was exceptionally kind. Noticing that it was my daughter’s birthday this month, she even gave her a small birthday gift. She made a very positive impression on us throughout our time in the store.

  I was in the market for a new foundation. Normally an Ulta shopper but figured I’d give Sephora and their smart skin scan a try. Purchased what was recommended but my shade was out of stock and needed to be ordered. It took a week to arrive, ended up trying it and was not a fan. I went back in to exchange and they told me it had exceeded 30 days and they couldn’t help me. I provided the shipping confirmation and pointed out It was not even in my possession for 30 days..1/3 of that time was held up in shipping. They still refused to help. The reality is, I probably would have exchanged for another product and done more shopping equating to more money for their store. But instead I left, contacted .com and they took care of the return for me. Back across the street to Ulta I go. As a former retail manager, a basic course on customer service could benefit this location..

  I want to take a moment to recognize and truly appreciate an associate at Sephora. Shurooq went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She perfectly color-matched me and thoughtfully suggested products that worked beautifully for my face. I attended a wedding that same night and received so many compliments! Every time I visit Sephora, I usually struggle to find help or someone with the patience to guide me through my entire shopping experience — but Shurooq was different. Her kindness, expertise, and attention made all the difference. I will definitely be coming back just to see her!

  Store manager named “Ash” is completely rude. Sephora should have manager that’s kind, I had the worst experience.
