- JJJo6 days ago1.0first time at this location—and unfortunately, I never had an experience like this before :( the interactions with two female staff was felt quite rude. or they it may have seemed polite, but the tone told a different story. I hope it was just end-of-the-day exhaustion, but still being genuinely kind to customers makes a big difference. that said, no complaints about the haircut my kids received—it turned out well.

I brought my child in for a haircut on 04 /01/26, and the stylist who had pink-colored hair was not only rude but also handled my child in a way that felt unnecessarily rough and unprofessional. My child was clearly uneasy, so I politely asked the stylist to slow down and be more gentle. Instead of adjusting, she responded, “This is Great Clips, this is how we do it,” which I found very dismissive and unprofessional. I expect a basic level of patience and care when it comes to working with children, and this experience did not meet that standard at all. I would appreciate this being taken seriously and reviewed with the staff involved. I would also like to know what steps will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen to other children in the future.

She didn’t even show me the back with a mirror—I only realized how bad it was after I checked myself later. Really disappointing experience and ruined my day, and I won’t be going back to this place.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
