Took my son on 2/14 around 4 pm, so whoever this staff was, I suggest management to either replace them or give them training how to engage w customer and put on happy face. It was a hubby maroon hair women. Gosh never coming here rob you my business, good luck w finding a customer with such boring face and no customer skills . May be home issues w family not sure , but pls fix it

No edging, no fade, no cleanup — just a few passes with the trimmer and it was done. I would’ve gotten a better result doing it myself at home. I wouldn’t recommend this experience

I noticed one of the bad reviews was for a guy saying he couldn’t get service at 7:59pm. They close at 8pm, I think a lot of the bad comments are from people who can’t use their brains. A few others stated the stylists had rude demeanors which did not seem to be the case as I observed them. They’re just not used to people being assertive and/or have insecurities. Wait times are to be expected if multiple people show up and they have a tablet showing customers the wait time. I suggest people learn how to read but we all can’t have critical thinking skills
