- HAHamid AMar 4, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at Great Clips today I wish I could give it zero stars. I brought my one-year-old son for his haircut, and from the moment I arrived, the service was terrible. The older female employee with blonde hair and light skin who greeted us was extremely rude no greeting at all, just immediately demanding my phone number and personal info. I am adding her picture, but with all the respect I will not show her face , I just want her manager to know who she was. After she asked me to sat my son on the chair and told her I didn’t think he would sit by himself, since he’s just one. She said, “Let’s try,” and I tried to help him stay calm. He was so sweet, so still, just like a little adult, watching himself in the mirror. But at one point, she kept instructing him to look at his feet, even though he couldn’t talk or understand. Meanwhile, I had my other son with me, and she repeatedly told him to sit down . When I asked for a simple curved line in his haircut, she pretended not to understand. Then, when she removed his apron, all the hair fell onto his clothes I was shocked, because what was the point of putting it on him if she was going to remove it like that? It felt like she was just going through the motions, not treating him like a child. Overall, this was a terrible visit no other customers were there, and now I understand why. Do not go to Great Clips avoid them . If you do not want to be disrespected, do not go to Great Clips. This was a truly awful experience.

Previously it was all about what number and just run the clipper to get rid of you as soon as possible. Now they take time to check your preferences and make sure you feel right about the end result.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
