Told her that it wasn’t working. sat there for 45 minutes watching other people go ahead of me that came in later, and after she checked us in. Basically, if the system is down and causes us to get pushed down the list, they should use a little logic and get the people that have been waiting. We shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a haircut because their system is down.
