  The hostess at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Alesha took care of me as I entered the building. Vanessa was my masseuse for the evening. She was amazing. Definitely would recommend for anyone needing an intentional massage. I will be returning.

  I decided to book a last minute massage and luckily they had availability. I got assigned Misty and she was amazing and even pointed out the areas that I didn’t know I needed massaged out. This is my new go-to place!

  Obsessed with The NOW Massage. I’ve been a member for 2 years and can’t recommend it enough. The space is always spotless and calming, the staff is so friendly, and the massage therapists are incredible - every session is exactly what I need. It’s become a non-negotiable in my routine. 🖤

  I have had many massages in my life time and I know what is considered to be good, better, best. I give Reid an all-star, all 5s BEST. I don’t write reviews but after his massage, I felt compelled to write one. What sets his apart from everyone else’s? He hits spots that you want worked that you didn’t even know you had. I will be letting all of my friends and family know about Reid because he does such a phenomenal job. He’s the kind of masseuse that it doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, he will be your masseuse after you give him a try. Grab an open spot before he is booked!

  Buyers beware!!! they have franchise locations in corporate locations they do not make this distinction up front to you and you are only able to utilize credits if purchased at a corporate location at only the corporate locations any franchise location you have to use independent of your credits in the system currently have my membership on paused once I'm done with my credits I'm done with this place. They should be honest and up front but they're not. In addition if you schedule an appointment they'll reach out and ask you to reschedule your time. Then give you attitude when you ask why your appointment was moved, and they said you're breaking up the therapist schedule. Really how did I do that when I picked an available time without selecting a therapist? Why am I allowed to book a time slot and I don't even pick the therapist and then you want to give me attitude when I'm simply asking what happened to require the change in my appointment time. Poor customer service and communication skills. I do want to clarify something the individual therapists are amazing at providing massage it's management customer service in the way they handle customers they really need to work on.
