  I wanted to take a moment to share a truly memorable experience I had today at the Sephora at Legacy West Village. I stopped by in search of shampoos and spent about 20–25 minutes in-store. While I ultimately didn’t make a purchase—simply due to a limited selection—what stood out far more than the products was the exceptional service I received from one of your associates, Linda. Linda graciously spent close to half an hour with me, walking me through options, answering questions, and genuinely focusing on what I was looking for. Not once did she make me feel rushed, overlooked, or like I was “just browsing.” On the contrary, she made me feel like the most important person in the store, no small feat in retail. What impressed me most was that her warmth and attentiveness never wavered, even when it became clear I wouldn’t be making a purchase. That level of care, professionalism, and authenticity is rare, and frankly, a little magical. We often say that a brand is a promise, but it’s the people who bring that promise to life. Linda is, without a doubt, a remarkable keeper of the Sephora promise. If only we could bottle her level of service and place it on every shelf… I suspect it would be your best-selling product. Thank you for hiring and nurturing individuals like Linda. She represents your brand with grace, kindness, and genuine care, and she made my day.

  Please consider closing at 8 like the other stores on this shopping strip. It’s Sephora so not sure why the decision was made to close an hour before others.

  Manager Autumn very rude and helpless for customer, I asked her a little bit help and she refused when in another location it wasn’t a problem.

  It’s genuinely disappointing to see Sephora continue carrying and promoting brands like Huda Beauty, especially when the brand’s founder has publicly aligned with or expressed support toward groups such as the IRGC and Hamas. After witnessing so much violence and the loss of innocent lives, remaining silent—or worse, appearing supportive—feels deeply irresponsible. When companies choose to ignore these realities, it sends a clear message that profit is being placed above basic human values. Because of this, I’ve made the decision to stop shopping at Sephora. I will not support businesses that are linked, directly or indirectly, to extremism or violence.
