  Worst service , I have been to this place and it was good and now some random dude was there tall and with a nose pin . He is super rude and aggressive and not felt comfortable and I came out with out proper haircut .

  Great service! Really love the vibe Charles brings.. excellent service! I would give 10/10! Not to forget Jordan as well, consistently a familiar face here! Love how she maintains the quality here. Thank you both!

  Zero star !!! I am writing to formally report a very disturbing and unacceptable experience I had at your salon while bringing my 7-year-old son for a haircut. From the moment I entered, stylist showed a rude and dismissive attitude. She did not listen to my instructions and seemed unwilling to understand what haircut I was requesting. Despite this, she proceeded and ultimately did a poor-quality haircut. What concerned me the most was her behavior and tone, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. She repeatedly told me in a harsh and disrespectful manner to move away and sit down — not once, but three times — even though I was calmly standing nearby to make sure my young child felt comfortable. She also asked my son if this was his “first time getting a haircut,” which came across as unnecessary and inappropriate. Combined with her tone and behavior, the entire interaction felt disrespectful and, frankly, discriminatory. I left feeling that we were treated differently and without basic courtesy. Most importantly, I felt unsafe leaving my young child alone with this stylist while she was using scissors and a trimmer. No parent should ever feel that level of discomfort in what should be a routine service. I remained calm during the visit only because my child was present, but the experience was upsetting and unacceptable. This stylist appeared unhappy, unprofessional, and unfit to work with children. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to any Great Clips location. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously. Parents with young children should be cautious about visiting this location until this issue is addressed. This experience did not meet even basic standards of professionalism, respect, or customer safety.If you want, I can make an even stronger version (more “legal complaint” style) that often gets faster responses from corporate.
