I already talked to them, they said they would figure it out. Every six weeks, I show up in Texas to take the treatment. For 7 minutes late, they did not give me the treatment. I asked her name and she did not give me her name as well and I found on portal: her name was Ty Ann. I also explained for her that I have to drive out of Dallas! She mentioned that it’s not something she can do; I had to think before I drive because Dallas has traffic. Today, it was an accident!
