I went in today because I’ve been wanting a haircut after letting my hair grow to the length I wanted to receive the kind of haircut I wanted. I asked for layers and bangs I even showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. There was also nobody else there waiting for a haircut so I wasn’t sure why she was such in a rush and was just snipping away especially when it comes to someone’s hair. At the end of the haircut I did not get bangs and my hair was cut way too short a lot of my length was cut off and my hair doesn’t even make sense. I feel like my hair was just getting played with and she didn’t know how to do the haircut I asked for which I wish she would’ve just told me because now I have to wait for my hair to grow back before I can get it fixed. The 1st picture is the type of cut I asked for she didn’t have to style it I just wanted it layered deep like that and bangs across my forehead. The 2nd picture is the result of my haircut. The 3rd picture is the original length of my hair before I went to get it cut. I will not be going back and I know the name of who cut my hair but I don’t want to put it on here. I just think she needs to do better and take her time and clearly understand what the customer is asking for. I wanted something new and now I feel like I just want to hide.

- ERE RAug 3, 20251.0I took a chance in spite of the bad reviews and reputation and I wish I hadn't. I had messed up my own hair cutting it myself so I figured it couldn't get any worse. I was wrong, at first she just snipped away randomly, never even wet my hair and it is very frizzy when air dried so it only made things more complicated and it looked like she wasn't even evening out anything. After she said she was done I asked her to wet the hair and I showed her how to take vertical sections and cutting at an angle, which she tired but as I would find out later make no significant improvements. Then we went ahead and thinned out the section of the hair I asked to leave alone. I finally realized I cut my losses before I ended up with a guy's haircut and when I got home I saw it was still all messed up, just much much shorter. Needless to say...never again. I don't want to call her out by name but it made me wonder if her license is real, I've never seen anyone cut hair so wrong from start to finish. She was very nice in receiving my feedback but that's the only positive I can think of.
