Furthermore, on previous occasions, even when she was available, she has chosen to skip over me in favor of serving other customers, leaving me waiting for another employee. While I hesitate to draw conclusions, I cannot ignore that her behavior appears to reflect a personal bias, possibly related to my skin tone. Regardless of the reason, such conduct is deeply concerning and inconsistent with the professional standards expected from your establishment. I request that this matter be reviewed with the seriousness it deserves. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure all customers are treated with equal respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

A very old hair stylist named Jeannie cut my hair and she couldn’t even see properly and her hands were shaky (most likely due to her age). The haircut is horrible. Left a lot of uneven spots, line at the back is not straight. My haircut request is the most simple one. Don’t get a haircut from that person at all costs is all I can say. I can understand if she is struggling financially, then God Bless her.
