  Robin was very nice and helpful. She did a great job and took her time on my mother’s hair who is 89 yrs. old. Thank you so much Robin!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE LOCS. I scheduled an appointment and was on time and the stylist, Robin came and asked me if I had just booked an appointment that day. I said yes because the appointment was available on the website. She then proceeds to ask me to wait 30 minutes cause she was doing someone else’s hair. I waited and then she finally called me back. I sat in her chair and she starts saying that my locs are “too frizzy” and stating these statements about locs that are just not true. She then states that she was going to pull up a YouTube video to see if she could figure something out. She obviously doesn’t know about locs. If you don’t know how to do something, don’t have it listed on your site that you know how to do it. I ended up leaving before I wasted anymore time. Glad I didnt give her my money. I wish I could give lower than 1 star.

  Shelby was amazing!! She explained what my hair needed and provided professional service. My silk press came out great!! I will definitely be back.

  Not satisfied with the service. I am natural and had heat applied to my hair 3 different ways; blow dried, under the hair dryer with flexi-rods and then when the stylist messed up the style she tried to correct it using a curling wand. Until I said it didn’t look right I felt like she was actually going to let me walk out looking like a chia-pet. Using the wand helped, but it shouldn’t have taken all of that heat just to get style I wanted. I thanked her for trying, but will not be returning.
