  Kelly did such an amazing job! She was so detailed, and my son finally figured out the hairstyle he wants. We’ll definitely come back next time.

  I have never been so anxious while getting my haircut before. To start with, I was in and out within 10min. The woman that serviced me had a dirty area, there was a bunch of other people's hair on the floor, on her workspace, and even in my gown. I went to get my undercut trimmed. I went in my hair in a bun but it was pretty loose. I asked her if I needed to fix it. She said no and put a few clips in my hair to support it more. Once she started she seemed to be using the hair clippers very flippantly. I was scared my ears were going to get clipped. It didn't seem like she was doing it with any kind of care or consideration. There were a few times where I thought maybe she had snagged a few hairs that were tied in my bun...but I had NO idea it was going to end up being this much hair cut so crazily. I have been trying to grow all of my hair out to donate and had my longer hair all one length and didn't want to cut or trim that at all. Once I got home I found that she had forgotten a clip in my hair and then when I took my own hair tie out this big clump of hair came out with it. I have absolutely no idea why she was rushing as there were three women working in total and I was the only customer there. There was a bit of a language barrier I believe, but I only asked for my undercut to be trimmed at specifically a 2 and explained to her that shape I had it. I am honestly in shock this has happened. I have been going to this location for a few years now, but I'm not sure I will be going back after this.

  2nd time I've been to this great clips. Since I travel for work, sometime I have to get a haircut. I went here before the gentleman that cut my hair was nice , but I don't think he really listens in how I like my hair. After he was done, it was not what I expected. But wasn't the worst. And hair grows back. This time the young lady that cut my hair , again I told her how I like it and that the last time the gentleman I don't think heard me. But that I did not want to have the the look of a mushroom head short on sides and back and lots on top. But that's what I got, cause when I got to the motel and showered that's what I ended up with. Did not see it as much when I was there because of the ggel she put in my hair. Don't think I will be going back to this place. I will wait, and go to the one at home. Thank goodness hair grows back and mine grows pretty fast. All good I don't worry about the small stuff. But listen to your customer, and make sure your doing it as well as you can. And as they request.
