The result was nowhere near the reference picture I provided, and my instructions for a shoulder-length bob with layers were completely disregarded. The hairstylist cut my hair far too short, and it barely touches my neck, making any corrections impossible. What's more, when I expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction, the hairstylist was not apologetic. Instead, she repeatedly made light of my distress, claiming I wanted short hair and a "big change." This lack of empathy and professionalism was truly disheartening. I would never recommend this salon to anyone for a haircut or any other service. My experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning.
