  I always shop online and NEVER in store especially around holiday season. So I walk in and right away a lady directed me to the item I was looking for! Looked around and could not find it. I noticed that there were 4 women standing at the front of the store talking and laughing away not helping out customers! So I stopped a manager and asked for help and she went to the front to tell the employees. A woman next to me said she has been waiting 5 min already for help and it seems that no one wants her business. She also informed an employee that she needed help and nothing. So I decided to leave and one of the women asked if I found everything I needed. I told her I would have if y’all did y’all job and helped customers out. I noticed the manager talk to y’all but I guess y’all gossip was more important! I try not to be mean but there are times people need to be told the truth even if it hurts! The store needed some TLC and they had more than enough to do than stand around chit chatting!

  I went Christmas shopping at so many different stores today. I can't stop thinking about how pleasant my experience was at Sephora today. Friendly, smiling, welcoming employees sure do make all the difference. One employee even called me "babe." ☺️It's the little things that make all the difference. It makes me want to go back to purchase products I don't need just to feel the experience again.

  The store was nice Mikey helped me out he was AWSOME, but once I was ready to check out Fiona was supposed to be checking me out , she had an awful attitude from the beginning , we ran into an issue in the middle of the checkout which involved an exchange I was trying to do and she told me it would be easier if I checked out at the counter and not the mini kiosk which was said rudely. She then put everything back in my basket and left me standing without any further assistance and shouted that she could take the next customer. The manger was understanding of the situation and said she would handle it, but I have no plans on returning to this location unfortunately due to Fiona.
