  The service at this location is okay, but the pick up method for online orders isn’t the most efficient imo. There have been times where we’ve had to go inside to get items even though we select the curbside option. Not complaining about customer service because they are friendly, but maybe the alert system is not the most reliable?

  As a latina, expect to be racially profiled and followed. We took our business to Ulta and will continue to do so going forward.

  I always shop online and NEVER in store especially around holiday season. So I walk in and right away a lady directed me to the item I was looking for! Looked around and could not find it. I noticed that there were 4 women standing at the front of the store talking and laughing away not helping out customers! So I stopped a manager and asked for help and she went to the front to tell the employees. A woman next to me said she has been waiting 5 min already for help and it seems that no one wants her business. She also informed an employee that she needed help and nothing. So I decided to leave and one of the women asked if I found everything I needed. I told her I would have if y’all did y’all job and helped customers out. I noticed the manager talk to y’all but I guess y’all gossip was more important! I try not to be mean but there are times people need to be told the truth even if it hurts! The store needed some TLC and they had more than enough to do than stand around chit chatting!
