  If you have curly hair DO NOT come here, I came here thinking they had some knowledge about curly hair since some reviews mentioned it so I ended up booking with Courtney, but I was entirely mistaken. I showed the lady that cut my hair the EXACT haircut I wanted and she basically did the choppiest haircut you could think of. I have “layers” barely growing out of my root due to how short she cut them, and now I have to let it grow out. On top of that she used thinning shears which I realized all too late what they were, and if you know anything about curly hair one of the main rules is to NEVER use thinning shears. I thought I would finally be able to find a salon for curly hair but guess the search still continues. I’ll give it one star just because the lady was nice, but other than that the actual cut is a 0/5. Save your money and honestly learn to cut your hair at home because the haircut I was given is horrid.

  I gave one star because I had no other choice, BUT I didn't want to even give that. I had a hair appointment for 6:30 p.m., I get there and the stylist (who is a "MASTER STYLIST") tells me that I am not on the schedule that I am on the schedule for the next day. WRONG! The manager comes to try to find me and he literally tells her to stop, she proceeds to ask for my number and finds my appointment for the day I was there at 3:30 p.m., never did I ask for an appointment at that time. But when I got there that evening, the "MASTER STYLIST" tells me that he cannot see me because he is working on someone. When the manager asked him what he was doing with that customer, he said highlights. I honestly believe that he changed my appointment for an earlier time so he could do highlights. I was getting a haircut, and I get it, highlights pay more than a haircut. BUT TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT AND THEN TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT SAYING I SCHEDULED FOR A DIFFERENT TIME. Needless to say, I will never return to this salon.
