  The pic isn’t the best but the job Courtney did was PERFECT! Exactly what I was hoping for! I went in for a simple cut for layers and a blow dry style and it did wonders. Not only that, but she, Ric and I had a such a great time while she worked!! I’ve been to a handful of salons and this was one of the best ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  IF I could leave NO stars I would. I started on a hair healthy journey at the end of last year I decided I would stop using box dye and leave my hair to the professionals. There was a really nice new stylist and she was very sweet but she was brand new to the field. It's only hair has generally been my attitude so I was okay with her new-ness. Things went south a couple of months the ago I went in to get my color touched up and it was a disaster it was splotchy and patchy and I left being told it would even out when I washed my hair. Spoiler alert it didn't. I contacted the stylist and her boss who told me to come in they would correct it. Her boss was phenomenal and did fix my color but they also had to strip color out and that fried my already dry hair. We also got locked in the building by the JC penny staff alarms went off it was a whole ordeal but i let that go and I went back to them and got my ends trimmed up and thought the worst was over. Until yesterday when the new stylist was left with an inexperienced receptionist and they were the closing Duo. The stylist informed me after she put color on my hair they were out of one of the products necessary to achieve the desired color so she had another colorist advise her on a substitution to make the color and surprise it didn't turn out right. She tried washing out some of the color but her appointment before me ran long and it was close to closing time and it couldn't be fixed. I had to go to work today with my hair messed up. I went back for her to correct my hair today after work and she informed me they were going to make me pay for the color they screwed up. Then she stripped more color out rinsed my hair and another stylist took the diffuser off the hair dryer and blasted my weakened hair with max heat to dry it faster. Then decided the brassy color I was left with was what they were going to leave me with and they just wanted to clear coat it to seal it. Then when they could see I was upset they pulled out hair color samples pointed to a brassy brown asked me if that was the right color I said no and she walked off to prepare God knows what. I told the new stylist I've been seeing I did not have confidence they could correct this and I was told every stylist had their own process that they would fix it and I said no this has happened two times in two visits I'm leaving and I left. My hair journey has taken quite the turn now my hair color is ugly my hair is all dried out my ends are all split and now I have to find someone qualified to fix my hair. In my opinion you should Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this salon.

  Walked in and asked if they had a same day appointment and tell why she rolled her eye! No customer service at all!
