- TCT CMar 26, 20261.0This is the WORST place to get a haircut. Everyone is rude and sucks at cutting hair. They messed my MIL hair up so bad the 10 year old kid down the street could probably do a better job.
- LPLinda PerezMar 23, 20261.0I am beyond frustrated with the experience my son and husband had at this Pantego location. What should have been a simple haircut turned into a traumatic experience for my child. My son was seated with an older Asian male stylist who gave him the worst haircut I have ever seen. More importantly, he was left in tears when they completely cut off all his curls. My husband tried speaking to a manager, he was told the manager was not in. A Hispanic lady had to step in and tried to fix his hair and just made it worse since the older Asian male had completely butcher his hair. When I tried to address the situation, it only got worse. An older, incredibly rude older black woman working there was completely dismissive of my concerns. When I asked for her name or the name of the stylist who messed up my son's hair, she flat-out refused to provide them. Her lack of empathy and refusal to take any accountability was the final straw. It is clear that some of the staff here have no business working with children—or the public in general. I now have to go elsewhere to pay for a correction and, more importantly, try to fix my son’s confidence. Parents, please stay away, do not go to this salon, specially on Sunday when the staff is unsupervised and they refuse to give you their names. Unprofessional stylist, this place should be avoided.

She cuts my hair quickly, but more importantly, she does an amazing job every single time. Just because someone works fast doesn’t mean they’re good. But she’s both fast and talented. My hair always looks exactly how I want it. I genuinely look forward to coming in because of her. Highly recommend!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
