- DODahal OrionDec 29, 20251.0This was my fourth visit to Great Clips in Pantego. My previous experiences had been positive; however, this visit was disappointing. The stylist who cut my hair, a woman in her mid-forties, began the haircut standing but then sat in a stationary chair and rotated my chair while cutting. For much of the process, I was unable to see the mirror, so I could not follow how the haircut was progressing. She rotated my chair several times for convenience. While I initially did not mind, the setup became uncomfortable over time. During the appointment, I noticed her stomach growling, followed by an unpleasant odor, which added to my discomfort. I am not certain of the cause, but it affected the overall experience. Later, I noticed that my hair was uneven in several areas and asked for it to be corrected. My request was not addressed. I usually wear non-prescription blue-light filter glasses, and I was asked to put them on to examine my hair more closely, which felt unprofessional. By the end of the visit, I was dissatisfied with both the process and the result. I chose not to raise further concerns at the time and left quietly. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the standards I had come to expect from this location, and I hope this feedback helps others avoid a similar experience.
