When I mentioned I wanted layers, she immediately started without asking from where I wanted the layers to begin. It felt very unprofessional. My husband has always had great experiences at Great Clips, which is why I decided to try it too. However, we ended up leaving without getting a haircut because the stylist didn’t seem experienced and appeared to be in a hurry, even though we arrived around 5:10 PM and the store closes at 6:00 PM.
