  Normally I don't like to give bad opinions but this time I have to do it. It was my FIRST permanent hair. I guess any stylist knows how important it is to give the customer a good result. I arrived on time but the girl who attended me took a long time because she couldn't find the rolls for the permanent. He spent it complaining while applying them to me that the garter was loose. You don't have to be a professional to realize when someone was getting very loosely applying the roll and that many of them was not even squeezing them at the root. He told me that since I had a lot of hair I would have to put on double product so it would cost more. This wouldn't have mattered to me but I noticed that I wasted a lot of product: almost everything was on my neck, splashed my shoulders and everything around me. The result: obviously the lacias tips! The hair badly arranged badly. Stylists should know that putting our hair in their hands requires responsibility and commitment. Terrible experience terrible result. And very sad for my hair

  If I could leave less than one star, I would. My daughter explained to the hairdresser she only wanted two inches cut from her shoulder length hair. She walked out in tears with a hideous Bob above her chin length. If you don’t know how to cut curly hair, let your customer know. We’ll never go to this salon again.

  JCPENNEY was a great store when I was growing up, but seems to have move more upscale in cost than they were when I was I kid. Don't come here expecting to pay a Walmart price for anything. The quality of product is very good. I do have a few shirts in my closet that are very nice.

  Even with appointment there is a wait but they do a great job.
