  Went into Westpointe GC today, with a client of mine who is in the Spectrum. Ms. Clara was so kind and professional. It made our day, how accommodating she was, and alway introduced tools like the blow drier, asking if it was okay to use on my client. Treated my client with the upmost respect and dignity. This Great Clips is the BEST!!

  Genuinely one of the worse haircuts I’ve gotten in my entire life. Not an exaggeration, I’ve never even left a review before but it was that bad. Went an hour before closing and I was treated like I was an inconvenience. She rushed me and rushed everything so poorly you can tell where she put 0 attention or care in my hair. After she half assed it the first time I asked if she could take more off and she decided to catch an attitude and blame me. Didn’t even bother blending anything in. I really would never recommend anyone to go here nor will I ever again. Only reason I write this is so other people understand how bad it is.

  Yesterday, my partner and I went into this location for a haircut. From the moment we walked in, the experience was unwelcoming. The host — who had a short bob and bright purple eyeshadow — greeted us with an attitude and said, “Did y’all check in or what?” in a dismissive tone. She asked if we’d been to that location before. I mentioned that I’d visited other branches, and when I asked if my information would transfer so they’d know my haircut preference, she snapped back that they don’t share information between locations — as if I should’ve known that already. Then, without any courtesy, she said, “Go sit down and I’ll tell you when I’m ready,” which immediately made both of us uncomfortable. Still, I decided to stay and give it a chance. When she finally called us up, she asked, “Okay, who’s going?” I volunteered to go first. When I sat in her chair, I noticed it was dirty — clearly not cleaned properly between clients. She seemed irritated and asked flatly, “So what do you want?” Trying to ease the tension, I joked, “A haircut,” but she just rolled her eyes and yanked the cape around my neck tightly. That was the last straw. I stood up and said I wouldn’t be getting my haircut after all. Her only response was, “Okay, bye — and your friend isn’t either?” From start to finish, it was clear she didn’t want us there and had no interest in providing basic customer service. The level of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and disregard for clients was absolutely unacceptable. I’ve worked in the service industry for years while in college, and I’ve never seen such poor treatment of paying customers. Moral of the story: if you want to be talked down to, ignored, and leave without a haircut — this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values your time and business.
