- CPCaitlin PerdueApr 26, 20255.0The customer service here is exceptional. I initially received my service from Brandi, who is a living angel on earth, the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the outcome of my hair but she worked endlessly to try to repair it and consulted and collaborated with her coworkers to get the best result she could. I ended up receiving a “color correction” and reshaping from Sonya, and left feeling more beautiful than I have in quite some time. I am so happy with the results. Beyond the satisfaction that I left with, everyone was so lovely and understanding of my emotions and more than willing to correct my hair. The manager that answered was so kind and got me in the next day. Sonya was very understanding and patient. She has such skill and expertise. Brandi came in, on her day off mind you, to not only apologize, but also to watch Sonya in order to learn how to improve her techniques. She treated me with such grace and humility and truly wanted the best outcome for me and my hair. The support that the staff gave each other was also inspiring to witness. Thank you ladies, you changed much more than my hair, you made me feel heard and I’m so inspired by your passion & investment in the perfection of your craft and client's wellbeing. Whenever I've had a question about product they take the time to answer and help me. Rachel Fivie is wonderful. From the first day I went to her till now she goes above and beyond to insure my satisfaction. She greets you with a smile. Always asks questions to make sure she understands what I want.
