    Yesterday Kathryn cut both mine and my daughter's hair and actually listened to what we asked for then gave us just the looks we wanted. Definitely worth the 25+ mile drive to be happy when we walked out. Thank you Kathryn McDonald!

    Haircut was fine, just a trim, but the person didn’t talk to me, other than to ask what I wanted. No how are you; thanks for coming in; have a good day—nothing. I’ve had this person before, & it was the same. Also, I just realized I wasn’t given a receipt, so I don’t know the name

    Had an amazing experience with the stylist who did my cut. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was a delight! She was friendly and kind, and knowledgeable about the texture of my hair. The service was quick and perfect! Great price for a cut too!!! Would give more stars if possible!

    First time at the new location, Hailey did a great job on the hair cut and she was very nice. A few issues with checkout due to their system issues but we figured it out, no big deal.
