  Beware of employee scams! I did not get their name, but the male associate was handling the register at the time. I asked him to check the balance of my gift card and he stated there was NO credit. I found this odd as I have never used the gift card - he even had to scrape the back of card to get the gift card number and PIN. I completed my purchase with my debit card, but I still asked for the gift card back since I wanted to check the balance myself. ***If I did not ask for the gift card back to double check this myself then I would have lost the $40 balance on the card by trusting their lies/mistakes!*** When I initially asked for the gift card back, he stated that he technically was not allowed to give the gift card back as they are supposed to cut it and dispose of it. Be wary as they may keep the gift cards and use it for themselves. I had to come back to return my item for a refund and then repurchase it with the gift card.

  One day I went there it was my first time and it will be my last time As soon as I get in it was a girl at the register and a another guy kind old with blonde hair he wasn’t doing anything he saw me when I came in he didn’t come by or ask me if I needed help I was looking around for 10 mins after that they were 2 ladies they just got in there the guy went to them and said how can I help you ,if you need anything specific let me know I’m like what!! I felt very discrimination he should treat all customers the same no matter what it’s really bad that some people still treat others of the way they look or for any other reason people like this they shouldn't be working around customers at Famous store like Sephora my experience was really bad, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go back to that place again.

  I feel terrible because I never asked his name, but the sweetest guy helped me. I had previously gone to a different location and not once did someone ask if I needed help, clearly way over my head walking in, but came to this location and he helped color match me and even looked up items if they weren’t on the shelves. He was so patient and nice. I wish everyone could have the experience I did. Keep up the great attitude, we need more of that out here :)

  Stayed in this store for 30min empty handed and obviously looking for an item I saw online. Not once was I asked if I needed helped.
