  This past Saturday 10/11 I left the Sephora store in the Stonebriar Mall highly disappointed. I had to deal with a poorly trained Manager at that location. I decided to stop at this new location to confirm what the Manager at Stonebriar told me. I gave the staff here the exact same explanation and demonstrated the manufacturer defect the item had. Selena listen attentively and immediately explained the issue to her Manager. The issue was resolved in no time. Thank you so much ladies! Professional and attentive! Will definitely be spending my money here!!!!

  Best Sephora store I’ve been too!!!! I was genuinely impressed by how welcoming and helpful the staff were. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive without being pushy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The store itself was peaceful, clean, and well-organized — it made browsing and testing products really easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the best in-store shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend stopping by if you're nearby!

  I will no longer be shopping at Sephora. They have a very short, strict 30/60 day return policy. I had an allergic reaction to a new product and because I did not start using it immediately and it took a few weeks to develop the allergic reaction (redness of the skin around my eyebrows), Sephora would not accept the return and the manufacturer would not accept it since it wasn’t purchased from their website. Sephora would only offer me some measly points. I will now shop at a department store for these products since they have very generous return policies and offer free shipping and returns. These products are too expensive to have to throw in the trash!

  I had an exceptional experience at the Sephora location on University Drive in McKinney, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Selena. What truly stood out was her proactive approach – she approached me with a smile and made me feel at ease. Her attentiveness was impressive, and she took the time to conduct a thorough color scan. Selena asked thoughtful questions that helped me find the perfect products for my needs. Unlike prior experiences where I felt rushed, Selena's approach was relaxed and personalized. Her dedication to ensuring I left with exactly what I was looking for made all the difference. I'm so grateful for her expertise and service!
