However, after completing the haircut, she directly asked me for a tip, saying “No tip?” When I said no, she shook her head in disappointment, clearly showing her reaction. I believe tipping should always be optional and based on the customer’s choice, not something to be demanded. The service charge already covers the haircut, and no customer should feel pressured or uncomfortable about giving a tip. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

When I was telling the Chinese women how to cut my sons hair, she doesn't listen. She is saying "You go to the side, go to the side." Her body language n behavior and customer service is really annoying. I'm very, very disappointed. Mexican lady has good behavior n listens to customers needs n requirements.

She literally did a shave kind of . He is really upset with hair cut. I will not suggest to go this shop . Even if you were there please make sure she is doing right job. Such a worst experience what we have today . I have told multiple times and everyone listening and they spoiled my son hair . Very bad. Finally I paid 30 $ including tip , that is the Beauty. Because we respect their services and time. But they didn’t understand us.
