She just took the scissors and started cutting without consulting to my daughter to where she cut so much length from daughters hair. In the conversation she taunted my daughter when she questioned about the length and made her feel horrible and uncomfortable. At the end of the service you could see the stylists face as rude and when my daughter paid and was about to leave, in comparison to every other customer where the both the stylist were saying “Merry Christmas” and “Happy Holidays” they said nothing and completely ignored her. It was overall a horrible service and it’s not even about the haircut itself but the customer service and the way she made my daughter feel was not okay especially when you could see it on my daughter’s face. This is not how you should treat people especially customers.

This is so frustrating because obviously my hair means alot to me and i trusted her with a simple task. i am beyond disappointed, growing healthy long curly hair takes AGES because of shrinkage and i put alot of work into it and now that half of it is gone it feels like i lost a part of me. i know to some people hair doesn’t mean much but this is years of my life im talking about! i am just really frustrated and disappointed because no matter how much i complain i cannot get my hair back right now.

Is this a salon or where people go to get assaulted? She simply did a nervous laugh as though it wasn’t possible and next thing I knew I felt like 25% of my bodyweight was being hauled she “thinned” my hair and removed volume..getting the curtain bangs felt like getting my hair roots plucked one by one. And then after I went home and showered, CLUMPS of my hair fell out and I was scared and thought my alopecia restarted (it didn’t, I checked).
