  Isabel at the makeup section is fantastic. She has been the only employee that has even taken the time to color match me, and try to give me the best option for me and my skin concerns. I shop often there and get mediocre customer service at best. I hope she stays long there, as no other employee has ever being so friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus: as she was helping me, she tried helping someone else. She called another rep to help the other customer. And the rep right in front of me was just plain rude. Claiming they didn’t offer samples blah blah blah, then ended up doing it anyway. Again, everyone there seems awful. Isabel gets the 5 stars.

  I don’t know what store everyone else with bad reviews walked in to cause this store is clean, smells really nice and not only was I greeted but was also asked if I needed help by several employees within minutes of walking in….no hovering either. My husband and I walked in to the store today with our kids and went our separate ways. He was looking for cologne and I was there for foundation. Sara assisted my husband…he said she was GREAT. He explained what he was looking for and she helped him find 2 scents. I grabbed my usual makeup brand but was thinking of trying another brand…in came Angelo…he was AMAZING! He really took the time to find out what I was looking for and what suited me. He showed me exactly how to apply the products too…he’s like having a live makeup artist do a tutorial on you. I bought everything he recommended! The check out experience was easy and very pleasant. I used some gift cards and the employee was easy and made fun small talk. On the way out, an employee thanked me for my visit and told me to have a great evening. I will 100% visit this store again.

  Just like everyone has stated, this Sephora is unwelcoming, dirty, and unpleasant to shop at. I don't think they will keep this location for long. The workers think they are above everyone else. There is only one male that was super sweet but it seemed like the other women hated him for helping us find makeup. He was a tall white man with colored hair, super sweet. The manager is rude like everyone stated. And if you get the wrong shade and you want to return it or exchange it....you will literally go through hell trying to explain the situation. They won't return. They said it's their policy after covid? I dunno but its WAY better to buy online anywhere else. Use Amazon or the companies website. Hell, use drugstore makeup. It will make you feel so much better than going here. Look at all the reviews for yourself.

  I keep seeing all these rude comments and have personally heard the way these customers speak to these employees and it is insane that people have the audacity to act so childish and inconsiderate of these workers, none of yall have worked a day of retail in yalls lives and it genuinely shows how entitled you are, someone’s feelings got hurt over not getting a greeting that just baffles me, get out your feelings and be an adult like you say you are, quit being rude to employees and expecting them to give YOU the service you want, you get what you ask for so grow up and treat people with respect if you want the same in return.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. When my daughter and I walked in, the employee at the front clearly saw us but did not greet or acknowledge us, which made us feel unwelcome right away. After finding what we needed, the checkout experience was just as unpleasant — the cashier was dismissive and came across as rude. Customer service is such an important part of the shopping experience, especially in a beauty store where assistance and friendliness matter. Unfortunately, this was the worst Sephora visit I’ve had, and I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
