    We had such a wonderful experience at Rowan for ear piercings for my daughters and myself! The entire process was clean, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. A very special thank you to Erika—she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything, which made the experience even more comfortable and memorable for all of us.     Awesome experience getting my daughter’s helix piercing done! Leslie G was great at calming her nerves and she didn’t even find out the piercing was done…thanks Leslie❤️ 100% recommend!

    My piercer was Priscilla, very good at explaining the cleaning process and was very helpful when she noticed I was nervous, even offered for 2 nurses to do it at the same time! Very attentive and friendly!

    We had the best experience at Rowan! Nurse Isela truly has a magical hand—there was no pain at all, and the healing process has been flawless. To this day, it doesn’t hurt one bit. My mom and I got matching piercings as a special mother-daughter memory, and we’re both in love with them. Such a beautiful experience—we can’t wait to go back!
