  the manager the older lady is so RUDE! She will stalk you through the store and not ask if you need any assistance. I was looking at the hair products i needed a shampoo but decided to put something on my hair to try it out, that why they are called SAMPLES. after I was donde using it she quickly went and try to fix the product. she needs to be humbled!! mind you it spend $400 month on sephora or more on holiday's! Plaza mall is a way better location but the drive is longer! 😤

  These reviews speak for themselves!!! What a horrible shopping experience in a so called luxury beauty store… To begin my awful experience, I entered and immediately noticed how dirty it was. Under the entrance tables was dirt and hair that had obviously been there for quite a long time and is everywhere as you continue shopping through the store, I continued to notice the dirty shelves, overflowing trash cans and unkempt testers and displays, wondering ,why? Sephora is supposed to make you inspired to buy beauty products and have you feel at ease to try on products. No thank you, as a local healthcare employee, I could see how unsanitary it is and in a Covid world still and flu season upon us, the store should be consistent with cleanliness for the sake of spreading unwanted germs and sicknesses. As for customer service? Completely non-existent because they seemed as though they didn’t want to be bothered and the others all look preoccupied on their phones or just ignored me completely. When I did get. approached, I was loudly asked by an abrupt gray haired lady, “How can I help you today?!” Help? Well first of all, I don’t require HELP?!” Guidance or assistance would have been kindly accepted and appreciated. However, I cautiously accepted her offer for “help.” She was also clearly uneducated on products, as she couldn’t explain skin care instructions properly and seemed very flustered when asked specifically about product information. Once I found what I wanted, I figured I’d use the return policy this time, as I was unsure if what I purchased would be sufficient for my needs. I headed to the checkout for another awful experience. The line., not moving and only one cashier. Once I left this terrible experience, I decided I would not return to this store to shop. I’d rather, unfortunately go back to buying on line, rather than face all of these unnecessary obstacles when visiting a store. Especially a NEW store. Sephora should do better. Very disappointing.

  I love that they opened this stand alone location away from the mall and kohls ones! I always find items in stock that others don’t carry and order pickups have always been easy and fast!

  If you're unsure about keeping a Sephora item, ask the cashier to refund it to your original payment method before doing any exchange. If they process the exchange first, you only get store credit — (this was not notified to me at time of return that cashier chose to return product to a gift card instead of my debit). Once it’s on a gift card, you can’t get back original form of payment according to staff. Just a heads-up to avoid being stuck with store credit you might not want. Shopping date: 09/09/25

  I am a frequent Sephora costumer and have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did tonight. After shopping for about an hour, closing time approached as I was still looking for a fragrance. No employees were available to help me so I made my way to the check lane to check out and ask for help there. I asked Natalia, the cashier who was checking me out, for assistance with checking stock on a certain size of a fragrance. After asking for help over the walkie & waiting for maybe 2 minutes, she then proceeds to rudely say very loudly, “there’s such a long line I’m helping the next person”, which made me feel like such an inconvenience. *turns around* the line was literally 3 guests along with people still actively shopping after closing hours…After about 5 minutes two nice girls took over and asked if I needed help. I let them know the situation with what I needed and they quickly resolved the problem. While one of the girls was still looking to find the fragrance, Natalia LOUDLY & passive aggressively told the other girl who was checking me out “I don’t even think they carry that size!”. The two girls ignored her and continued to look. Thankfully one of the girls, who had short brunette/straight hair, found my 1oz Jo Malone fragrance that I DEFINITELY knew they carried. After my purchase my new cashier with glasses and wavy hair congratulated me on becoming a rogue member and was very excited for me when they found the fragrance and treated me 10X better than Natalia did. I’m so sad I didn’t get the 2 girls names as I couldn’t see their name tags. As someone who works in customer service I understand wanting to leave asap after closing but you should always treat people with kindness and respect. Overall, I was so disappointed with the customer service Natalia provided . I hope she finds peace in her life and stops exerting such negativity. Shopping date: 9/5/25
