    The staff was really nice and very helpful Leslie the nurse who pierced my ear was very polite ,informative and gave me a lot of tips and helped me choice the right placement for my piercing

    Such an amazing first experience at Rowan! Great service, everyone there is so sweet and welcoming! My nurse guided me throughout the whole session and made my appointment so much better! Definitely recommend going for piercings!

    I loved my experience!! Leslie, Isela, and Natalie were so helpful and kind as I navigated having a new piercing. You can really tell they are knowledgeable! I plan on adding to my earring stack and the only place I’d be willing to go to now is here!

    My 7 year old daughter had her ears pierced for the first time here and she absolutely loved it! The nurses were so good with her. Leslie educated us on after care and what to expect. The staff was kind and answered all our questions.
