  First time mom here! I was really nervous about having my precious baby get her ears pierced but they were so kind and patient not only with me but my baby as well (even with my nephew who had a million questions to ask.) Mia answered all my questions with confidence which I appreciate! I did a lot of research trying to find the right place and I can confirm that I did! - One proud Mom

  I am so happy that they have a location where they emphasize in piercings that are done by nurses. I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced today and they were so considerate and kind. They applied numbing cream and allowed for 2 nurses to assist so the process would go quick. They sterilize everything, wear gloves, and the equipment is sealed. I cannot wait to come and get more piercings myself. So glad that the valley has a place like this!

  Absolutely amazing! The customer service there is amazing they are so kind and patient when I went to take my mom to get her ears pierced. They answered all of our questions and guided us to which earing was best for her (the long post earing). I sincerely recommend them for first time piercings or even if you already have several (like me). Thank you to the all the ladies that work there!

  Our experience at Rowan was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, welcoming, and caring. Nurse Leslie was amazing!! She was patient, kind, and reassuring with our daughter, helping ease her nerves and making the entire process comfortable. We’re very grateful for such compassionate care.

  Awesome experience overall. My daughter was nervous but the ladies were so patient and walked her through the whole process. They ensured placement was where WE WANTED it and not just rushing us and pushing the “it’ll look even once the earring is in” excuse. They also made sure my daughter was involved during the entire process. After the piercing process was done, they cheered her on and even gave her a certificate of bravery which had my daughter feeling so cool. They also gave her a lollipop, hair tie, and a sticker. Overall the experience was way better than other places.
