- KOKathy OverholtMar 26, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars for my last visit here I would! I have been coming here for the last 5 years and never had an issue till now. A new employee made my experience horrific because she wouldn’t listen to me! I have been growing my hair out for 6 months and needed some shaping/trim. There was definitely some miscommunication and two other stylists even came over to add their opinion about what needed to be done. Ultimately, she cut off all of my new growth and then didn’t shape the front like I had asked her to when I said I don’t think you’re listening to me. She told me that she understood English perfectly well and that she was practicing her English so I believe not only was their miscommunication, but probably a language barrier too. I know it’s only hair and it’ll grow back but six months of living with in between hair waiting for it to grow out and all of that was gone in an instant. I’m not sure that I’ll ever feel comfortable coming back to this salon.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
