  This place closed down without letting anyone know.. thankfully I found Nalu Skin and Body in Arlington, they took such good care of me

  This spa did deliver a great service, until they asked me to sign up for a monthly membership of $75 which I agreed to. Then they cancelled my appt via text message, didn't answer the phone for a week and then finally cut their phones off completely. ZERO communication they completely shut down the business and took my money in my account that was supposed to go towards services. Im assuming many others were affected as well, it is a franchise so no sister businesses can do anything about it. Be warned.

  I’m extremely upset and disappointed with this place. I had an active membership and about $300 in credits with this location. Recently I tried calling multiple times to schedule and no one answered. I then had to call another location just to find out that this location had completely closed down. The worst part is that no one informed clients that they were closing. No email, no call, nothing. Meanwhile, they still charged my membership again this month even though the location is no longer operating. It is completely unacceptable to take people’s money and then shut down without notifying anyone or explaining what will happen with the credits that clients already paid for. Many of us trusted this place and prepaid for services. I’m currently waiting to hear back from corporate to see if my credits can be transferred to another location or refunded. Until then, I want other clients to be aware of what’s going on. This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

  I drive from Austin because paying $14 per unit in Austin is lunacy! $9 per unit is reasonable! I had work meetings in the FWT area and stop by on the drive home. They could clean up in Austin! Open a location in the Kyle area! No shortage of customers!

  I recently moved from Georgia to Dallas and was so happy to find a Dermani MedSpa in Mansfield, since I’ve been getting my Botox with Dermani for over three years. I decided to visit the Mansfield location, and my injector, Nurse Cecily, was absolutely amazing. She is sweet, professional, beautiful, and made the entire process quick and comfortable. I truly loved how efficient she was while still making me feel well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to see her. I also want to give a special thank you to the receptionist who assisted me on 01/31. She was very informative, kind, and made sure I understood everything about my follow-up appointment. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’m so glad to have found my new Dermani location!
