- LMLisa MachMar 11, 20265.0It's usually fine, but the last time I was at this location, Long cut my hair, and he cut it 1 1/2 inches shorter on one side than the other. This time Rudy fixed that problem and cut it right. He was apologetic about Long's mistake and very accommodating and friendly the entire time he cut my hair. I will never have my hair cut by Long again. Rudy is my guy. :)

- DPDonna PowersFeb 5, 20261.0I wanted my haircut for a presentation I'm making soon and I brought a photo of the cut I wanted. The stylist told me he could cut my hair like I wanted, but then proceeded to use only thinning shears on my entire head. I told him I did not want it very short and to stop but he kept cutting. He did not understand me because he only speaks Vietnamese. Another stylist came over to help and told him to use his translator. That did not help either. When I told him I did not like my haircut he became rude and arrogant. At best, this stylist needs additional training and a really good class on customer service skills. The only thing that saved me from walking out was the other stylist, Diana, who needs a lot of credit for being gracious. The first photo is what I wanted and the other two are what I got.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
